The Koblenz I logistics centre has 7,985 m2 of pure warehouse and technology space for optimised intra-logistics processes. Goods are handled smoothly via the six loading gates with dock levellers. Added to this are 657 m² of office and social space. The 35 parking spaces allow employees to arrive and depart without stress.

GreenSpace+ makes a decisive contribution to reducing the emissions of greenhouse gases during the operation of the Koblenz I Logistics Centre with a wide range of measures. The LED lighting in the halls and rooms is very energy-efficient. The photovoltaic system on the roof will produce electricity for the building's own needs, and excess energy will be fed into the grid.
