GreenSpace+ makes a decisive contribution to reducing the emissions of greenhouse gases during the operation of the Koblenz I Logistics Centre with a wide range of measures. The LED lighting in the halls and rooms is very energy-efficient. The photovoltaic system on the roof will produce electricity for the building's own needs, and excess energy will be fed into the grid. Our customers can monitor their consumption via smart metering systems (SMART meters) and thus reduce energy costs and conserve resources.
