Goodman is expanding its portfolio in the Regiopark Mönchengladbach with a new plot of land, covering around 60,000 sqm overall. The plan is to construct a logistics property of about 33,000 sqm, which can be divided into three units (units 1 and 3 are already leased) from 10,100 sqm until 11,600 sqm for customers looking to base themselves in this key logistics hotspot. Only unit 2 is still available.

Situated south of Mönchengladbach, the location offers optimum conditions for logistics companies: covering some 60,000 sqm, the site is just two kilometres away from the A61 and features ample parking for cars and trucks. The planned logistics facility will cover an area of almost 33,000 sqm and can be divided into three units roughly equal in size.
