Goodman's portfolio is evolving fast: data centres now account for 78% of the Group's global development work in progress, supported by a global power bank of 6.4 GW across 16 major cities. At the same time, we continue to do what we've done in Germany for over 20 years - develop and manage well-located, flexible logistics properties in the country's key hubs, from small-scale units for local businesses to multi-level developments that make the most of scarce urban land.

Frankfurt is where both stories meet. The Rhine-Main region – alongside the Rhineland, the Ruhr area and Hamburg – is one of Goodman's key investment areas in Germany, home to several strategically located logistics centres and, increasingly, to our data centre development. Construction passed a major milestone this spring at our FRA02 construction site in Neu-Isenburg with the delivery of the power transformers for the high-voltage substation, marked by a site visit from the Mayor of Neu-Isenburg. The installation and commissioning of the technical systems required for power-on, remains on track, with the project expected to be operational in late 2028. Further to transforming a former industrial site, this development includes a commitment to supply waste heat created by the data centre into the city's district heating network.
