Goodman appoints Christof Prange as new Head of Business Development in Germany

Goodman has announced the appointment of Christof Prange as the new Head of Business Development in Germany. He will head up the development team and focus on the Group’s strategic direction for the German market. In his new role, Prange will continue to be based mainly in Goodman’s Hamburg office.

Christof Prange (37) has worked for Goodman since 2011. As Senior Business Development Manager, he established Goodman’s North Germany office in Hamburg, and facilitated numerous new developments with over 100,000 sqm of logistics space secured within a short timeframe. His latest successes include two projects at top locations in Hamburg and Bremen within the immediate vicinity of the ports.

He has many years of experience in the property sector. Prior to joining Goodman, the qualified engineer and property management consultant worked for Ixocon GmbH. Prange also worked with DB Services Immobilien GmbH for five years.
