Our new development – Goodman Hamburg VII Logistics Centre on Seehafenstraße – is our sixth property in the Port of Hamburg and is situated in a unique location.
At this prime location, we are developing a state-of-the-art industrial, commercial and logistics centre on a 120,000 sqm brownfield site. The property is connected to three different transport modes excellent road transport links as well as direct waterway and rail connections.
