Rexel Germany moves into Goodman logistics center in Leipzig

Our logistics center in GVZ Leipzig is fully leased again: The electrical wholesaler Rexel Germany will move into a warehouse area of around 5,000 square meters, plus additional office space.

The handover will take place in January 2022. The seamless reletting once again demonstrates the attractiveness of our property. We are looking forward to working with our new tenant!

Rexel offers industrial companies a comprehensive range of electrical engineering components and competent services for energy monitoring, supply chain and digitalization. The electrical trade, facilities management and public enterprises can also access a huge product portfolio of electrical engineering, as well as comprehensive services and consulting. The new site in Leipzig will be used for the handling and distribution of industrial goods for sustainable energy generation and use, such as photovoltaic modules, battery storage, EV charging stations, inverters, and corresponding components.

The Leipzig III Logistics Center is located in the Leipzig Freight Village (GVZ) South III, has direct rail access to the container terminal and is conveniently situated in the immediate vicinity of the A14 freeway and Leipzig/Halle Airport. In recent years, the Leipzig/Halle region has developed into a strategic logistics hub for numerous international companies. Within a radius of 90 truck-minutes, 1.8 million households with 3.3 million people can be reached. Goodman has a total of 410,000 square meters of commercial and logistic areas in this region.
