New customer at Mülheim Logistics Centre: Goodman welcomes one of the largest international drill manufacturers 

New faces in the Mülheim Logistics Centre: From 1 August 2022, we will be welcoming one of the largest international drill manufacturers as a new customer. The deal was quickly concluded after a few very productive meetings between Goodman, the famous tool manufacturer and our partner Ruhr Real, to achieve a seamless reletting and a handover date in the near future. We are looking forward to a successful and trusting cooperation.

The Mülheim Logistics centre is conveniently located between Essen and Duisburg, two important regional centres and urban cores of the Ruhr region. Almost 10 million households are within a 90-minute journey by truck. The leading drill manufacturer is moving into a total of 5,813 square metres of logistics space and 857 square metres of office and social space on two levels in Mülheim. The premises are to be handed over to the new tenant on 1 August 2022.

In line with Goodman’s Greenspace+ sustainability concept, the careful use of resources is also a matter of course at the Mülheim Logistics Centre. For example, the property has a greening concept to promote species protection, a generous electric vehicle charging infrastructure, smart meters and beehives.
